AAVE
Aave is a decentralized borrowing market with fixed and variable rates.
Variable rates are dependent on the use of liquidity available on the market.
Allows an investor to deposit a crypto-asset and earn a return on it, this return is generated by borrowers paying the interest on their loan, and it fluctuates according to the rate of use of the market concerned.
Also allows an investor to leverage with his capital, for example deposit of ETH or USDC on Aave, he will receive a return on this deposit. Then by activating the "collateral" function on his deposit, he will be able to borrow a % of the value he has deposited, loan that he can take at fixed or variable rate. By doing this, he also exposes himself to liquidation risks, which we will discover later.
Aave has a safety module, contributing to the safety and stability of the protocol.
The quick loan feature "flash loan" is present at Aave.
